One shared base
The shared base is 248 x 105 x 22 mm with keyed D-sockets. Seat either insert in the shared base, then check the loaded stand on its intended surface.
Five-rung insert
Five usable rungs with 2.2 mm modelled post holes. Seat the D-tenons in the shared base.
Round-hole accessory board
Ten columns by nine rows of 5.2 mm modelled holes on a 20 mm grid. Every included hook and peg uses this board.
Hooks and pegs
Micro hooks, short J-hooks, long J-hooks, straight pegs, card-support pegs, and card-rack hooks. 3D print extras from the same master files.
Complete Card and Cutter Set
The same nine STL files sold on their own as the Card and Cutter Set: three 3D-printable cards plus six matching clay cutters in Small, Medium, and Large.
3D printing guide and Maker Licence
The PDF covers bed size, 3D print order, socket fit, connector fit, loading checks, card routes, care, support, and studio use. The files and 3D-printed parts cannot be resold.

Make one complete piece before you make a set
The first one tells you what the STL cannot: how your printer resolves the small details, how your materials behave at this size, and whether the fit suits the jewellery you actually make.1. Confirm the usable 3D printer area
The shared base is 248 x 105 mm and each insert is 230 x 230 mm laid flat. Slice only after your 3D printer bed can fit both.
2. 3D print the base and one insert
3D print the shared base underside-down and one insert smooth-back down, both at 100 percent scale. Seat both D-tenons by hand until the insert reaches the raised saddle without forcing or rocking.
3. Check the hook connectors
3D print the small connector-fit coupon and one card-rack hook. Try the same hook in the 5.0, 5.2, and 5.4 mm pairs so only hole size changes. 5.2 mm is the production target.
4. Load earrings or cards
Use the rung insert for posts, earwires, hoops, and dangles. Use the round-hole board for hooks, pegs, and card-rack accessories. Add one earring pair or one card at a time, then check the stand for rocking, flex, or connector movement on the real table.

Choose filament for the part
PLA+ or Tough PLA suits the base and inserts. PETG is useful for hooks that need a little flex. 3D print hooks and pegs at 80 to 100 percent infill.

What exactly do I receive?
Nineteen product STL files, a 3D printing guide, and a studio-use Maker Licence. The files include the shared base, a test-only foot design, five-rung insert, round-hole board, hooks and pegs, and the complete nine-file Card and Cutter Set. No physical stand, cards, earrings, filament, G-code, or 3MF files are included.
Will the stand fit my 3D printer bed?
Check both footprints in your slicer. The shared base needs 248 x 105 mm and either insert needs 230 x 230 mm laid flat, plus brim and 3D printer clearances. A 220 mm bed is too small. A nominal bed size does not establish usable 3D-printable space.
Are the cards included?
Yes. This kit includes the same nine card and cutter files sold on their own as the Card and Cutter Set. You can still buy that smaller set if you only want the cards.
Which parts should I 3D print first?

Will every earring fit?
No universal finding fit is promised. Rung holes are modelled at 2.2 mm, and 3D-printed size varies. The 5.2 mm board holes are for the included hooks and pegs, not direct studs. Check your exact posts, hooks, hoops, cards, and table before making a batch.
Can I sell the 3D-printed stands?
No. The maker licence lets you use them in your own jewellery business, photos, and market display, but not sell or give away the 3D-printed stands, hooks, cards, cutters, or digital files.
Can I use a 3D printing service?
Yes. You may send the files to a service for a private 3D print for your own use, provided the service does not keep, share, or resell the files or 3D-printed parts.
Can I resize the parts?
Keep every file at 100 percent. Scaling changes the shared push-fit, round-hole connectors, card holes, and cutter details.
What support is included?
If a supplied file is missing or will not import, email hello.clay.bake.studio@gmail.com with a screenshot. Support covers the supplied files and guide. It does not include 3D printer repair, general slicer training, or third-party 3D printing service issues.
Can the backing card go to my customer with their earrings?
You may sell finished polymer clay cards you make with the cutters. Directly 3D-printed cards are for your own photography and displays; the included Maker Licence does not allow selling or giving those 3D-printed cards to customers.
