Mosaic Tile 4 mm Template 100x100mm
One STL sheet, 100 x 100 mm, 1 mm thick. 3D print at 100% scale.
3D-printable polymer clay stencils
Tile and Grout Polymer Clay Stencil Set supplies 4 3D-printable sheets for polymer clay. Press the sheet into conditioned clay and lift it to leave a raised pattern. Relief height is bounded by sheet thickness and depends on pressure and clay. Includes STL files and a 3D printing guide. Digital files only; no physical tools are shipped. Requires an FDM 3D printer with a 0.4 mm nozzle, filament and clay.
Digital STL download for a filament (FDM) 3D printer or a 3D printing service. No physical item ships. Safety, licence, and refund details

Maker workflow
Condition the clay and roll an even slab. Keep the sheet flat against the surface and work inside the patterned area.
Lay the sheet smooth face down on conditioned clay. Cover it with parchment and roll once in one direction. Raised relief can reach up to the 1 mm sheet thickness; clay and pressure change the result.
Lift by the tab without dragging the sheet across the clay. Try a small scrap to check release and the result before using a full slab.
Before you start
Keep the making setup practical
3D print only the sheet you need.
Centre marks aid placement; they do not convert separate patterns into registered layers.
Renders show the designed pattern and do not establish physical performance.
3D printing setup
Use a 0.4 mm nozzle FDM 3D printer and PLA or PLA Tough+. 3D print flat at 100% scale with 0.2 mm layers, 0.20 mm first layer, two walls, 100% infill and supports off.
Let the plate cool. Lift by the tab and remove strings or rough edges. Check that openings are clear and the sheet lies flat; replace cracked or warped sheets.
Wipe clean or rinse in lukewarm water, then dry flat. Keep 3D-printed tools out of ovens and pasta machines, and separate from food tools.
Before you 3D print
No. This is a digital file product for 3D printing your own tools. No physical item is shipped.
The planned Member Licence permits selling your own finished clay pieces. 3D-printed-tool resale is limited to eligible products through an active Print & Sell membership. Confirm the exact licence supplied with the published product; no files may be shared or resold.
Read the included 3D printing guide before 3D printing. Keep the product name, version and 3D print settings when asking ClayBake Studio for help through the published product post.
